We provide proactive outreach for participants and their families, working alongside them with consistent care and support.
Our focus is on intervention to help build strong connections and addressing needs before challenges become crises, ensuring families feel supported every step of the way.
Our outreach is for individuals and families who are without a home or in times of transition, offering guidance and connection to the support services they need.
Once a month, our Village team comes together to give back through Village Hope Drop
A community initiative dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals on the streets and those in need within our community.
We provide essential items such as food, clothing, and everyday necessities, offering not only practical help but also care and connection.
