At Village Outreach, we embrace the Fonofale model as the foundation of our work with youth and community. Just like the fale (house), our approach is built on strong cultural values, family connections, and holistic wellbeing.

• Roof (Falealuga): We honour culture, values, and beliefs as the shelter for life, recognising both traditional Pacific and Indigenous heritage and the realities of adapting to new contexts.
   
• Posts (Pou): We nurture the four pillars of wellbeing—spiritual, physical, mental, and social—understanding that each is interconnected and vital to healing and growth.
   
• Foundation (Fa’avae): Family (aiga) is at the centre of everything we do. We guide young people to reconnect with the strength and belonging that comes from family, community and village.
   
• The Cocoon: We acknowledge that time, environment, and context shape each person’s journey, and we walk alongside youth with empathy for their unique experiences.
